How do I cancel my subscription and delete my Octy AI account?

If you wish to cancel your subscription and delete your account with Octy AI please follow these steps:
- Complete the “Account deletion request” form below.
- An SMS will be sent to the primary contact number (mobile) associated with your account within 48 hours containing an OTP (one-time-password). This OTP will be required in the next step to validate your account deletion request.
- You will receive an email asking to confirm your knowledge of an account deletion request with a request for you to respond with the OTP you have been provided via SMS. Once these details have been verified, your account deletion request will be processed within 72 hours.
On completion of your subscription cancellation request, you will receive an email confirming the cancellation of your Octy subscription and the deletion of your company's data from our systems.
Please note, that you will be invoiced for any outstanding charges at the end of the current billing cycle.
