How can I update my subscription plan?

If you wish to upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan please follow these steps:
- Complete the “Subscription plan update request” form below.
- An SMS will be sent to the primary contact number (mobile) associated with your account within 48 hours containing an OTP (one-time-password). This OTP will be required in the next step to validate your subscription plan update request.
- You will receive an email asking to confirm your knowledge of a subscription cancellation request along with a request for you to respond with the OTP you have been provided via SMS. Once these details have been verified, your subscription cancellation request will be processed within 72 hours.
On completion of your subscription plan update request, you will receive an email confirming the details of your updated subscription plan.
Please note, that the increase or decrease in fees associated with this subscription plan update request will be reflected on the invoice sent at the end of the current billing cycle.
