Why are my API keys no longer working?

You may experience issues with request authentication, where requests return a response with the status code
(HTTP) 401 Unauthorized, for a number of reasons.- The API keys you are using to authenticate requests do not exactly match the API keys provided to you in the account activation email sent to the primary email address associated with your account.
- The API keys you are using to authenticate requests have been deactivated. API key deactivation can occur for one of the following reasons:
- You have outstanding unpaid invoices.
- You have violated the terms of your user agreement.
- You have requested an account deletion.
- You have requested new API keys.
Before we deactivate your account API keys, we'll give you an adequate warning. If we deactivate your account API keys for whatever reason, we'll email you to let you know.
