How do I request a new API secret key?

If you wish to request a new account API
secret_key please follow these steps:- Complete the “Credential reset request” form below.
- An SMS will be sent to the primary contact number (mobile) associated with your account within 48 hours containing an OTP (one-time-password). This OTP will be required in the next step to validate your credential reset request.
- You will receive an email asking to confirm your knowledge of a credential reset request along with a request for you to respond with the OTP you have been provided via SMS. Once these details have been verified, your credential reset request will be processed within 72 hours.
Your new API
secret_key will be sent via email to the primary email address associated with your account.Please allow up to 30 minutes for your new API secret key to be activated once you receive it.
