Our billing and technical specialists can help you to find solutions to best protect your data and the hard work youāve put into integrating Octy into your systems.
Please note that if you have not been able to make a payment, Octy may need to limit access to your account. This is because losing access to the Octy platform could mean that you lose access to your work. We try to avoid this as much as possible, but it can be necessary from time-to-time.
