What do i do if i get a security alert email from Octy?

If Octy detects unusual activity associated with your account, we will send you an email alerting you of this activity. If you are aware of the unusual activity associated with your account, you have nothing to worry about and you can simply ignore this email.
However, if you receive a security alert email and you do not recognise the activity highlighted in the email please follow these steps:
- Forward the security alert email to support@octy.ai with a short cover note to provide our team with more context.
Our team will open an investigation and provide you with a case number within 24 hours of receiving your email.
If we conclude that your API keys have been compromised, we will re-issue you with new API keys to keep your account secure. — You will be notified of this action.
