If you don't recognize a charge on your invoice, you can request a more detailed version of your invoice by sending us an email at support@octy.ai and providing the invoice number located in the top left corner of the invoice you're questioning.
You can also open a support ticket by emailing us at support@octy.ai with details about what you need help with, including:
  • Your name
  • Your company name (if applicable)
  • The issue you're facing
